Pre-Coaching Assessment

The journey begins with a 360-degree online leadership survey, capturing multi-perspective feedback to establish a clear starting point.

Structured Coaching Sessions

Over six, one-hour coaching sessions, the manager works with their coach using a personalized action plan developed from the survey results.

Post-Coaching Assessment

A final 360-degree survey is conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the coaching and track progress made throughout the program.
